The venue owner, Adam Wooley, began collecting old houses and buildings from all around central Texas in 1998 to recreate the feel of his parents' hometown of Industry, Texas. He's rennovated old school houses, cottages and even a little white chapel to create a whole town square just down the road from the Hill Country Galleria. It's such a fun venue, we can't wait to have you come share the old-school love!
Star Hill Ranch is located on 15000 Hamilton Pool Road, just past the Hwy 620 / 71 junction.
Directions
- Get to Hwy 71 West (from from I-10 if coming from Houston, from I-35 if coming from San Antonio, Eagle Pass or Dallas)
- Take Hwy 71 past junctions Hwy 290 and Hwy 620
- Take a left at the next major stoplight after 620: Hamilton Pool Road / FM 3238
- Go down 1 mile and take a right at the Star Hill Ranch sign (there will be a traffic police officer)
- Follow the signs to the gravel parking lot by the windmill
Preferred Hotel
We've set up a small room block at Hampton Inn Lakeway for both Saturday (November 12) and Sunday (November 13) night for out-of-town guests. The hotel is literally a 10-minute drive from the venue -- just shoot south on Hwy 620 and turn right at the Hamilton Pool Road light! And there's also a huge shopping center at the intersection of Hwy 620 & Hwy 71 for dining and last-minute items.
